Waking up exhausted—and not the kind a green smoothie or a nap can fix.
Running on empty while carrying everyone else’s crap—and smiling through it all.
Catching your reflection and thinking, “Who is this tired, stretched-thin woman—and where did the firecracker go?”
Living the same day on repeat and wondering if you accidentally hit snooze on your own damn life.
Wondering, “Is it too late to feel vibrant, passionate, and on purpose?” (Spoiler: Hell no.) You’re not here for the rocking chair—you’re here to rock the boat.
Throwing out “I’m fine” like confetti—even though you’re one group text away from faking your own death and starting over in a tiny house by the sea.
You're not
broken
You're not
crazy
You're just done living on autopilot
“I finally feel rested—and excited about my day.”
“I move with ease and feel at home in my body again.”
“I’m strong, clear, and no longer apologizing for my needs.”
“I say yes to what lights me up—and no without guilt.”
“I know what I stand for. I know what I want to leave behind.”
You didn’t come this far to settle for fine.
You’re here to feel amazing, take up space, and leave your mark.
Proud. Loud. Imperfect . . . and maybe just a little spicy!

You bring the tea (or wine), I’ll bring the clarity.
Come be too much with me.

For years, I’ve watched women—especially in the last third of life—drift from vibrant to invisible. Their energy fades, their motivation drops, and somewhere between caregiving, career, and keeping it all together, they forget what it feels like to thrive. I’ve been there, and let me tell you: feeling “fine” is not the same as feeling fulfilled.
Yes, I believe food is medicine—but it’s more than kale and quinoa. I believe how we live each day shapes the legacy we leave behind. The choices we make—what we eat, how we move, the boundaries we set, the thoughts we entertain—they’re not just about wellness. They’re about impact. Purpose. Joy. And being able to look in the mirror and say, “This is the life I’m proud to leave behind.”
My path to becoming a Lifestyle and Whole-Food Plant-Based Nutrition Coach started with a wake-up call: what I was doing wasn’t working. Not just for my body, but for my spirit. I knew there had to be a better way—one that honored both health and happiness. I began with small shifts, and those shifts became momentum. That momentum became transformation.
Now, I help other midlife women do the same. I help them reclaim their energy, build confidence, and feel lit up by life again—so they can live, lead, and leave a legacy that matters.
Because this chapter? It’s not about winding down. It’s about rising up.
I can see that it's possible . . . I can do it and I'm looking forward to getting it done - MM

Oh my goodness, it was one of the best decisions I could have made. I was struggling with so many little things, like making my morning routine work—things I had previously been very good at. My coach helped me put those things back together and make the changes I needed to feel better. Donna encouraged me to find a gym, and now I’m back in one. I've dealt with small things that were large annoyances, figured out a better routine, and I’m finally going to sleep before midnight. It's pretty cool to feel like me again. - Vanessa
Donna's approach is both compassionate and empowering, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for meaningful support and lasting change. - Robin
